Great shoes

I bought two pair of boots. I get a lot of compliments on them. They go with a lot of different things that I wear quality is superb I would definitely suggest sizing down by a half size. The company was nice enough to send me some inserts to make the shoe fit tighter normally I would wear an 11 1/2 so I had to ask what to do to make the shoe tighter. They were nice enough to send me thicker insoles, which did help Customer Service seems to be good a little delayed sometimes in responding take to consideration that shipping takes quite a while from start to finish. They said because they are making the shoes per order and they are handmade so just know for me. It took over 30 days for me to get my pair of shoes once I got the shoes I could appreciate the craftsmanship and I got them right in time for me to wear them for some event so overall I’m very happy.

Beautiful shoes, not true size runs big, but beautiful and nice quality excellent customer service, they exchange my shoes for the right shoe size the only problem shipping takes too long, I’m ready for my second pair
