1. Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S. and select international countries via DHL, FedEx, and other major carriers. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Handmade Shoes (Standard): 7–10 days production + 3 days shipping

  • Expedited Orders: 3 days production + faster shipping

  • In-stock items: 5–8 business days after processing

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed by 11:00 PM (local time) begin processing the next business day.

4. What is your processing time?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

5. What are your shipping costs?

  • U.S. Standard: $29.90

  • Expedited: $79.90

  • International Standard: $19.90

6. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes, within 30 days for new, unused items. Free return label included. A 15% restocking fee applies.

7. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are in USD.

9. Is payment secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure gateways. Your info is never stored.
