The product is shipped from China. My shoes were bigger than I ordered, and I ordered a size that was my size. I asked to exchange them, but I need to pay shipping back to China and customs fees just to exchange for a smaller size. The company claims that the shoes are made in Italy, but it seems they are made in China. I asked for a return label and never received one. I was offered an insole so I could make the shoe size smaller. I don't want to pay $250 for shoes and wear an insole. Buyer be aware. Nothing has been resolved as of today. I hope that Divinch will step up and fix the issue as it should.
