I was very impressed with the quality and comfort of my shoes. I was only disappointed that they run on the large side.
I normally wear a 10 , but a 9 1/2 would have been perfect

I have to say the quality the craft membership and the leather is outstanding but the customer service and my experience as far as the shipping was absolutely terrible. I waited two months to receive a shoe and I think that that’s totally ridiculous but as far as the shoe itself is absolutely fantastic. I really truly wish that this brand or better yet they had a store here in Texas that I can walk in and purchase the shoe instead of have to deal with shipping but anyway that’s my honest review great shoe terrible customer service and waited way way way too long for the shoe to come to my possession. Two months is not acceptable.

We sincerely apologize for the shipping delay. Due to the peak season in December, the logistics were affected. We have now switched to DHL for shipping to ensure more efficient delivery in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for your honest feedback.
