1. Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S. and select international countries via UPS, FedEx, and other major carriers. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. How long does delivery take?

Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on the destination.

3. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

4. What is your processing time?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

5. What are your shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

6. Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

7. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the return is received and approved.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All payments are in USD.

9. Is payment secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure gateways. Your info is never stored.

10. What if my order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

11. How can I track my order?

Track via your Divinch account or using your order number on our site.Or click on the "TRACK ORDER" page in the navigation bar, enter your email address and order number to check the shipping status of your order.
