I really wanted to have a good experience with Divinch because I liked the shoes

I really wanted to have a good experience with Divinch because I liked the shoes, but unfortunately the entire ordering and exchange process has been extremely complicated and frustrating.

After placing my order, I waited a long time without seeing any progress or receiving confirmation that my order was being processed. I eventually had to open a dispute through Affirm in order to get Divinch to send me an order confirmation and begin taking action on my order. This was already very frustrating because I had placed the order and then had to spend additional time trying to get a response and confirmation.

When I finally received the shoes, the size 10.5 did not fit, and I simply wanted to exchange them for a size 10. What should have been a simple exchange has now been going on for weeks. I followed the return instructions I was given and shipped the shoes back through UPS, only to later find out that I had been provided with the wrong return address.

Since then, I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve the situation with both Divinch and UPS. I have contacted customer service, gone to a UPS location in person, called UPS, and tried to change the delivery information online. The entire process has been exhausting, especially because I followed the return instructions that were provided to me.

I do appreciate that the Divinch team responds to my emails and has continued communicating with me. However, this situation should never have become this complicated or taken this long. I should not have had to open an Affirm dispute just to receive an order confirmation, and I should not have been given an incorrect return address when trying to exchange the shoes.

At this point, I still do not have the replacement shoes, and the return and shipping situation is still being resolved. I hope Divinch improves its ordering, communication, return, and exchange processes, especially by making sure customers receive timely order confirmations and the correct return information from the beginning.

The shoes themselves are beautiful, but unfortunately the customer experience surrounding this order and exchange has been very stressful and disappointing.
