Qual è il tuo processo di produzione?

Sono necessari almeno 150 passaggi manuali per realizzare un paio di scarpe DIVINCH. I nostri artigiani altamente qualificati e appassionati eseguono i passaggi a mano (come nel taglio del cuoio e nell'applicazione delle suole) o con l'aiuto di una macchina azionata manualmente. L'intero processo richiede da 1 a 2 settimane per essere completato, poiché non tagliamo i corner e prestiamo attenzione extra a ogni dettaglio per garantire la longevità dei nostri prodotti e la vostra continua soddisfazione.

Qual è il processo per lo scambio delle taglie di scarpe?

Se hai bisogno di scambiare le scarpe a causa di una taglia inadatta, hai semplicemente bisogno di fare un nuovo ordine e selezionare la taglia a cui vuoi scambiare. Poi, per l'ordine delle scarpe che hai già ricevuto, puoi richiedere un rimborso. Questo metodo può risparmiare tempo nel processo di scambio.

Quale taglia dovrei ordinare?

Se conosci la misura del tuo dispositivo Brannock (lo strumento di misurazione che vedi nei negozi di scarpe), ordinare quella taglia.
