Automatic footwear savings

Black Friday savings are based on the eligible footwear subtotal before the Black Friday discount. Taxes, shipping, accessories, gifts, gift card products and supplemental charges do not count toward the spending thresholds. All amounts shown are in USD.

Only the highest qualifying Black Friday savings tier applies per order. Savings apply automatically at checkout, with no code needed. They cannot be combined with other discount codes or points-redemption discounts. Eligible returning customers may also receive the complimentary shoe-tree gift.

Approved partial returns

For approved partial returns, Black Friday savings will be recalculated based on the eligible footwear you keep. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly. If the remaining eligible footwear subtotal falls below $300, the Black Friday discount will no longer apply. Our standard return eligibility requirements still apply.

Returning-customer gift

Customers with a genuine paid purchase before the event began, provided that purchase was not cancelled or fully refunded, receive one complimentary pair of X0201 shoe trees per paid footwear order during the event, following manual review. Registration or loyalty points alone do not qualify.

No points or redemption code are required. The gift does not need to be added to the cart, and no minimum spend is required for the gift. Our team will select the appropriate shoe-tree size. If your order includes different shoe sizes, we will contact you to confirm.

If you return all footwear from your order, please include the complimentary shoe trees with your return. Our standard return eligibility requirements still apply.
