How Keep & Reorder works

The price basis is the normal selling price when your original order was placed, before promo-code discounts. It excludes the crossed-out compare-at price, original shipping and tax. Example: $300 → $90 for your first size reorder.

Still not right? Request one final reorder within 30 days of receiving the second pair and pay 50% of the same original price basis. No further discounted size reorders after the third pair.

After using this option, the original pair is not refundable. Discounted reorders cannot be returned or refunded for sizing issues. Incorrect or defective items are handled separately.

These are a solid addition to my work wardrobe. The leather has a nice shine and the overall style feels timeless. I wish the sole had a bit more cushioning, but they still feel comfortable for office days and dinners.

The craftsmanship is noticeable when you hold them in your hands. The stitching and finish look very neat, and the brown tone has a nice classic feel.

Really like the clean wholecut style. The leather looks smooth and premium without being too flashy. I wouldn’t wear them for casual weekends, but they’re great for office and events.

How does Keep & Reorder work?

If your shoes do not fit, keep them and purchase a different size in the same style and color for 30% of the original price basis. This is a paid reorder, not a free exchange. Email us within 30 days of delivery.

How is my reorder price calculated?

We use the normal selling price of each pair when your original order was placed, before promotional-code discounts. The crossed-out compare-at price is not used. Original shipping and tax charges are excluded, and later price changes do not affect this basis. For a pair with a $300 price basis, your first size reorder costs $90.

Which products qualify?

Keep & Reorder is available for all DIVINCH products, including the Goodyear and Crocodile series. You must reorder the same style and color in a different size. Other return options remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Do I need to return the shoes?

No. You may keep, gift or resell the shoes you already received. There is no return-shipping charge because you do not send them back under this program.

What if the second pair still does not fit?

Contact us within 30 days of receiving the second pair. You may purchase a third pair in the same style and color, in a different size, for 50% of the original price basis. With a $300 price basis, the third pair costs $150. After this third pair, no further discounted size reorders are available.

How many times can I use the program?

Each pair in the original order qualifies for one reorder at 30%, followed by one final reorder at 50% if needed. A reorder does not start a new set of benefits. There are at most three pairs in total: the original pair and two paid size reorders.

Are shipping and taxes included?

Yes. Both discounted size reorders include free worldwide shipping and taxes, with no country exclusions under this program. Contact our team to arrange your order.

How long will the new pair take?

Reorders follow the normal process for a new order, including production and shipping. They are not expedited exchanges. Our team will confirm the applicable production and delivery estimate when arranging your reorder.

Can I return the original or reordered shoes for a refund?

Once you use Keep & Reorder, the original pair is no longer eligible for a refund. Pairs purchased at 30% or 50% cannot be returned or refunded for a sizing issue. You cannot combine this program with a refund or store credit for the original pair. Incorrect or defective items are handled separately under our normal after-sales policy.

What if my required size is unavailable?

Email us before paying for a reorder. If the required size cannot be ordered, return and refund requests are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, including its eligibility conditions. Using this program does not restore refund eligibility for an original or reordered pair that is already excluded under the terms above.

What if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

Contact info@divinch.us so we can handle it under our normal after-sales policy. You do not need to pay 30% or 50% to resolve an incorrect or defective item. These sizing terms do not affect your statutory rights.

How do I request a size reorder?

Email info@divinch.us with your original order number, the item and color, the size received, and the size you need. For a third-pair request, include your first reorder number too. We will check the details and arrange a dedicated payment link or order-specific discount. Contact us before placing the reorder so we can apply the correct price.

When does the program start?

The program is available from October 12, 2026. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request your first size reorder, or within 30 days of delivery of your second pair to request the final reorder.
