Excellent

These boots are gorgeous and look exactly as pictured. The size is also perfect. I wear an 11 US in nearly every show brand and these are a great fit for me in that same size. Very stylish, and nicely packaged and presented, too!

Look 10/10. Function... 8/10

I'm torn. The look of these boots is an absolute 10. They are exactly what I wanted. And I'm SO glad they have a side zipper—that makes getting them on and off a total breeze, which was a huge plus. My only real gripe, and the reason for the 8/10 on function, is that the straps are more for looks than actual adjustment. I have a slightly slimmer ankle and was hoping I could really cinch the straps down for a super-snug fit. The buckles work, but they don't offer a huge range of tightening. They end up being more of a style element than a functional one. It's a small detail, but it bugs me a little. Still keeping them because they look incredible, but I wish the straps were as functional as they are cool-looking.

Great boots, plus they add some height.

I'm all about the style of these boots, but I'm not gonna lie, the extra height is a nice bonus. The lug sole is thick and adds a solid 1.5 inches, maybe more. It's not like wearing obvious platforms; it just feels substantial and gives you a better, taller stance. The sole is surprisingly balanced, too—I don't feel like I'm wobbling. It's a confidence-booster, for sure. They just make you feel powerful when you walk. Came for the style, staying for the added stature.

My girlfriend actually stole them

This is kind of a funny review. I bought these for myself (Size 9 Men's). Wore them twice. My girlfriend (who wears a women's 10.5/11) tried them on 'as a joke,' and... she hasn't given them back. She loves the 'tough' look, and honestly, they look amazing on her. The quality is so good that they work as a high-end unisex boot. The leather is beautiful. I'm literally here to buy another pair for myself because I've accepted I'm never getting the first pair back. So, uh, they're girlfriend-approved. A little too much.

Best impulse buy I've made all year.
